Food Law Consultant - Regulatory Management (m/f/d)

As a consultant for food law – administration management, you can ensure compliance with food law requirements across the entire value chain through sound legal assessments and answering specialist questions and optimierst processes for continuous improvement. This means: • answering questions about food law requirements (product, personnel, environment hygiene, goods along the value chain, HACCP, processes and equipment Backshop, cooling chain, pest control) • Creating sound legal assessments to secure business processes • Support in sales complaint management taking into account the relevant requirements of hygiene law • Active support in the planning, implementation and follow-up of various projects • Active cooperation in evaluating existing processes and implementing measures for continuous improvement

• Complete study in economic law, ecotrophology, quality assurance • Practical experience in legal matters (unless legal training) or public administration • Self-employed, structured and targeted • Detailed and high quality awareness • High level of self-responsibility
