Depending on the design of the place and the technical focus: takeover of obercive responsibility at the site Büchen, in the daily clinic ''Am Rosenweg' (15 places) and/or the organizational independent institute collective technical management and co-responsibility for diagnostic, therapeutic and organizational work in one or both supply areas Control of clinical processes in both areas: diagnostics, indications, treatment planning, crisis management close cooperation between substationary (day clinic) and outpatient (IA), including interface coordination Supervision, guidance and further development of both teams Promotion of interdisciplinary cooperation (medical, psychological, nursing/educational, social pedagogical, co-therapy) active networking in the district of Herzogtum Lauenburg, e.g. with youth assistance, schools, counselling centres and other cooperation partners Participation in the conceptual further development of the daily clinic, the institute collective clinic and the higher-level specialist clinic

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) multiannual clinical experience in child and youth psychiatric care, ideally also in outpatient settings Experience in the technical management or co-responsibility of a multi-professional treatment team Safety in medical decision-making processes, including diagnostics, treatment planning and indication Willingness to supervision, guidance and training of medical and therapeutic staff Ability to organize workflows structured and reliably control clinical processes strong cooperation capacity in cooperation with internal and external partners (e.g. youth assistance, schools, advisory bodies) binding, appraisal communication with employees, patients and reference systems
