As a central node, you coordinate the troubleshooting independently in case of faults, you are responsible for the high-quality resolution of the fault management and guide the necessary unlocking and re-supply measures. You take over the execution of necessary medium-voltage circuits with technicians as well as internal and external partners, e.g. during maintenance work or rebuilding measures. You share switching instructions for the area personnel and work closely with internal and external partners (suppliers, authorities, municipalities, customers and companies). You are responsible for accepting fault messages from electricity customers and ensure clear communication. Convincing profile You have a completed training as a technician/master. Ideally, you bring knowledge in the field of electrical energy systems as well as experience in network management. You have good negotiation skills and strong problem-solving competence, coupled with a calm and safe occurrence in stress situations. The safe handling of Office 365 applications is obvious to you. You are team-ready, flexible, engaged and characterized by an independent and responsible way of working The standby to the shift service as well as a class B driving licence complete your profile.
