Special diagnostics in toxicology, coagulation, haematological microscopy, molecular biology and expertise in liquordiagnostics are particularly characteristic of us. Your tasks include: Responsibility for operational business within your area Discipline leadership and responsibility of team management in your area Parent responsibility for the processes, strategies and their implementation within the area Close exchange and close cooperation with the organizational management, doctors and team management Active dialogue and regular exchange with the Heads of Division: Budget / personnel planning in cooperation with HR, organizational and commercial management Leading interviews, onboarding and team management Coordination of team management in the coordination of working hours, holiday and service planning Implementation of employee talks and responsibility for the promotion and further development of team management Ensuring compliance and monitoring of hygiene, safety standards and quality management (QM) and KRITIS requirements

As a team player (m/w/d), you can successfully get into our workflow with your self-employed and service-oriented work.
