As a working student:in (m/w/d) at our Deloitte Greenhouse, you will be able to implement our innovative overall concept for Workshop Design & Facilitation. Innovation: You support our team in designing, preparing and implementing the Greenhouse Labs, training and workshops. Design: Whether on-site or virtual - you develop and prepare materials to successfully position and implement our Lab offers. Implementation & Refurbishment : Our Lab- & Workshop team is looking forward to your support in order to implement and execute different formats. Communication: With a view to detail, you will be able to provide our internal and external communication channels such as our intranet, website and newsletter. Hands-on: You are proactive and bring your skills and interests where we need support in the Greenhouse.

Student:in advanced semesters, preferably at the beginning of the Master's degree (minimum still 9 months) Ideally internships in the context of workshop conception, facilitation, advice and fun to prepare strategies / concepts (PowerPoint, Mural, Miro) Interest and knowledge in at least one of the fields: Strategy, Innovation, Agile, Design Thinking, Service Design, Emerging Technologies, Team, Leadership and Organisation Development Flexible and reliable, simply an organizational talent with the eye for details, pleasure in handling customers and safety in the use of MS Suite, Zoom and MS Teams Presentation and communication skills as well as German and English very well in word and writing
