Total responsibility for operational and strategic complaint management Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the small team in technical customer service independent processing of customer complaints and development of technical solutions to improve service quality Daily coordination with the adjacent departments as well as strategic optimization of the processes in the area of responsibility Creation of complaint evaluations and final reports – directly to the management

Master / Technicians (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Knowledge of window or fitting technology or comparable components Multiannual experience in customer complaints with enthusiasm for service-oriented solutions Leadership experience is not a must – a leadership personality with strong organizational and communicative skills is a prerequisite High team capability and hands-on mentality, paired with good English skills
