Due to the current market situation and the associated growth of our customer, we are now looking for support in IT support

Tasks

Work in 1st & 2nd Level Support to support our IT support team -OnRemote support of Germany-wide IT users -Representation of ca.2000 Windows clients (Windows 10) in the team -Application support for: Microsoft, Office 365, Cisco VoIP -Responsible handling of faults and inquiries

• Documentation of all activities in the ticket system -Administration, installation and support of IT users -Central software distribution

Requirements profile

Complete training in IT or several years of professional experience in IT Support -High team orientation and pronounced service and customer orientation -Very safe handling of Windows 10 and MS Office 365 -Good knowledge of the installation and administration of mobile devices -Experiments in client/printer installation and configuration -Very good German skills are mandatory
