As part of our Group recruiting team, you are responsible for the planning and implementation of targeted recruiting measures to find our future new colleagues. They support our specialist areas in the search for specialists and executives, for locations in Germany - and everywhere in the world. THE ASSESSMENTS - This will make you do something They develop recruiting strategies that lead us exactly to the people who fit us - and thus occupy national and international positions. As part of Active Sourcing, you will find direct contact with suitable candidates, talk to them in networks such as XING and LinkedIn and inspire them as a brand ambassador. They make us known in the region and beyond and ensure that we remain in our minds; on career, job and graduate trade fairs as well as within the framework of further recruiting and employer branding actions. They design, implement and optimize international social media strategies on different platforms (such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.). You have successfully completed an economic or social studies with a focus on HR or professional training. You have several years of professional experience in Direct Search / Active Sourcing. You are familiar with the common social media channels (LinkedIn, XING, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) as well as the creation of performance-oriented social media campaigns and can demonstrate practical success. You understand yourself as a human magnet and have fun to inspire and get to know them for us. And you know: As the first respondent, you are the face, the voice and the smile of the EPG. Your language skills in German and English are very good.
