You are the central contact person for our business customer in the field of framework contracts. You are committed and competent to people of various associations and are able to help them reliably. You answer telephone and written requests service-oriented and with high customer orientation. You work solution-oriented and find the right answer for each question. You can ensure the core working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00.

You have profound knowledge in MS Office, Outlook, as well as preferably in the SAP system. You are communicative, sympathetic and reliable. You care for the welfare factor with our customers. You strongly recommend our products and services. You will show technical understanding and will certainly deal with digital media. You have completed a commercial training or bring relevant experience in customer contact.
