As Head of Property Management, you are responsible for the operational property management area with two teams and respective team lines. With clear structures and an economically stringent control, you position us as a highly professional and innovative property manager and ensure the highest level of growth and quality. Your tasks – our needs:

Total responsibility for the technical, organisational and economic management of the Property Management (WEG, SEV, Wohnen/Gewerbe) with currently around 20 employees Leadership, coaching and further development of team management as a central leadership level Translation of corporate strategy into clear goals, priorities and control logics Management of the administrative inventory based on defined key figures (result, quality, service level) Transitional operational management of the SEV team as a parent office Ensuring excellent support for existing customers as well as escalation instance in complex situations Active support for the management of acquisitions, offerings and contract design Accompanying and controlling new mandates including Resources, Process and Quality Assurance Further development of processes, structures and IT systems with focus on scalability and efficiency
