Process analysis & optimization: Analysis, structuring and documentation of existing customs and foreign trade processes with a focus on efficiency and standardization – first in Germany, perspective in the EMEA region. Digitalization & Data Processing: Use and Development of Excel-based solutions as well as structured processing of data from SAP and Business Warehouse to support professional processes. Operational day-to-day business: cooperation in customs and foreign trade management of the German Vibracoustic companies, in particular in the fields of origin and preferences, tariffing, master data management and coordination with external partners. Preferential processing: coordination of preferential calculation and professional processing of customer-side and supplier-side supplier declarations for the EU Vibracoustic works. Interface function: Technical interface to IT and close cooperation with EMEA colleagues, including support, coordination and knowledge transfer. Regulatory requirements: Support for the implementation of new legal and regulatory requirements in the customs and foreign trade environment.

Education / Study: Completed commercial training or study with reference to customs, foreign trade, logistics or business. Customs & External Trade Knowledge: Practical knowledge in customs and external trade, particularly in the fields of origin and preferences Digital Affinity & Excel: Good Excel knowledge and openness for automation and digitalization; Experience with macros/VBA, power apps or comparable tools of advantage, but no need. System understanding: Experience in the SAP environment and understanding for system-based process processes. Working method: Structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic approach with willingness to work with. Cooperation & Communication: Safe occurrence in cooperation with internal interfaces and international colleagues. Languages: German and English fluent in word and writing.
