Ensure coordination and communication: You implement innovative features in close cooperation with our product managers and with the introduction of your own ideas. You agree with IT teams of other applications (e.g. Frontend) Optimize Tech Stack: You actively promote the optimization of IT processes (e.g. analyze status quo, design KPIs, derive optimization potentials and implement them in cooperation with the respective field) Take responsibility: You make a valuable contribution to the new and further development of travel-specific IT systems, such as booking platforms, as well as the analysis and processing of information Innovation through AI: You actively engage with generic AI (e.g. Copilot, Cursor AI or Jetbrains Junie) – both for the automation of development tasks and for the development of new features as well as for the quick and understandable explanation of code Working in the team: You are a fully-fledged part of our experienced and agile developer team (e.g. participation in code reviews and pair programming), working on exciting topics about our multilingual car rental comparison

Education: Continuous studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, mathematics, physics or comparable study direction with excellent grades (higher education and studies) Practical experience: Very good knowledge in at least one programming or script language (e.g. Golang, Java, PHP, C#, Python, TypeScript) Smart solution finding: High learning ability and motivation to constantly learn and use new technologies and programming languages as well as high self-motivation and discipline to bring projects to the target line Strategic thinking: Embossed analytical skills and high problem-solving competence Drive and Spirit: High learning readiness, Hands-On mentality, fun in developing, very good communication skills and team skills Language knowledge: German and English skills
