Qualification and Training: Graduate (Diplom/Bachelor and Master) as a social worker:in (m/w/d) or social pedagogue (m/w/d).

Social knowledge and communication skills: good knowledge of social law and experience in the organisation and mediation of patients: in post-care aid institutions.
