(Senior) Manager / Analyst (w/m/d) Group Controlling

You act as a finance business partner for the business units and work closely with the stakeholders. You control the controlling cycle - planning, forecasting, reporting and action tracking. You support senior management with sound analyses and strategic recommendations. You evaluate investment projects and carry them through the testing process. You contribute to the creation of presentations, committee documents and decision templates. You participate in financial-related projects and contribute to improving operational excellence and performance. You bring your own ideas to the development and optimization of controlling processes and systems and actively shape your working environment.

You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Natural Sciences. You bring sound financial and business knowledge. You're a team player and have the pleasure of driving changes. You have excellent conceptual and analytical skills. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. First experience in business consulting, auditing or financial management of medium-sized or large enterprises is of advantage. Experience in project management. Confidence with controlling tools (ERP, Analytics, BI, Dashboards).
