Number: MER00041LY Mercedes-Benz Vans Customer Service & Parts bundles the worldwide service activities around our transporters. In our department we control and develop the Customer Service & Parts business – together with the national sales companies in the global sales network of Mercedes-Benz Vans. As part of our team, you also work on topics related to international fleet customers and motorhome manufacturers. We offer you a varied and international task. You are part of the team from the beginning, take responsibility and can develop professionally and personally. This is what you expect in the internship: You get insights into many areas (e.g. vehicle sales, technology, product and market management) and work closely with our national sales companies worldwide

You actively support key account management in supporting international fleet customers

You prepare customer appointments and internal consultations before and after and help to process customer requirements and complaints

You will begin analysis, evaluations and presentations

You take your own small task packages/projects and work with you in cross-departmental projects

You become part of a motivated, targeted team

The activity can begin from September 2026.

For example, you study BWL, Business Informatics or another subject that fits the tasks

You speak German very well and can express yourself safely in English (written and oral)

You work safely with MS Office, especially with PowerPoint and Excel, and can prepare content in PowerPoint appealing as well as target group specific

You are motivated, flexible and work structured and independent

In addition, you can sort, evaluate and process information easily (as text or visualization)
