Social workerin / Social pedagoguein (Dipl./BA/MA) **(m/w/d) in the full day of primary school Waldweg**

We are now looking for a Social workerin / Social pedagoguein (Dipl./BA/MA) for our project „Schüler help pupils“ at the Primary School Waldweg. The place has a hour of contract work time of 5.4 hours. The place is first terminated until 31.12.2026.

Tasks include:

• Accompanying and advising young team members who support the children
• Planning of educational offers with the teams
• Guidance and advice on the implementation of educational offers in school time
• Regular team meetings with the team members
• coordination and cooperation with the school social worker for the whole day and the school management
• Documentation
• Regular internal ShS expert meetings
• Implementation of multi-site workshops for the qualification of teamworkers
