Sovereign you take over the legal support of our procurement processes by creating and consulting contract patterns as well as in individual cases contract negotiations. You make sure that all regulatory requirements – especially for outsourcing, DORA and third party risk management – are taken into account and implemented legally safe. As a lawyer for legal issues, you will be able to help us with digitalization initiatives and AI projects relating to bank solutions for our customers.
