• Individual care and professional care of residents in daily care everyday
• Implementation of basic and treatment care taking into account current quality standards
• Monitoring the state of health and early detection and passing on of changes
• Administering medicines and carrying out medically arranged measures
• Careful documentation of all care services and relevant observations
• Consultation and support of residents and their relatives
• Cooperation with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic support
• Active participation in the further development of care quality and internal processes
