The central building management of the city of Ulm is looking for an engineerin / architectin for the project management of large-scale construction projects (m/w/d) at the next possible time Full time, unlimited The central building management of the city of Ulm is responsible for around 350 urban properties. These include schools, day care facilities, theatres, museums and historic fortifications. The range of tasks includes new construction, refurbishment and rebuilding measures as well as the maintenance and management of the buildings. In the case of demanding large-scale construction projects, the central building management, in addition to the building function, also takes over tasks of project management and coordinates the cooperation of the participating departments and departments as well as the external planning and project partners. The enrolled position is directly assigned to the head office. Payment is made up to 12 TVöD.

Your tasks: independent project management of municipal large-scale construction projects according to the AHO performance Organisation, control and coordination of internal and external actors involved in the project Monitoring and control of project targets in terms of costs, financing, dates and quality Coordination of project processes including preparation and support of project management in key project decisions early detection of project risks and development of appropriate measures
