Your tasks:

These are your tasks in our team *Development of operational purchasing processes

• Implementation of order processing in SAP Customer and supplier communication Coordination of orders and delivery dates as well as securing delivery schedule
• Invoicing and complaint processing
• Identification of optimization potentials
• Processing of evaluations, statistics and reports

Your qualifications:

• Commercial or technical training, study or comparable qualification Experience in operational purchasing, ideally in a manufacturing company Good knowledge in handling SAP or a comparable ERP system Analytical thinkability and an independent and structured way of working Safe handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel Registration immediately desired, but not later than 01.12.2024 Processful and fluent knowledge of German and English (both from B2)
