Head of exciting personalised projects (concept, planning, preparation, implementation and refurbishment) in the field of promotions, sales and roadshows and interdisciplinary cooperation at eye level with other units and areas Holistic advice and support of demanding premium customers Expansion of existing customers Creation and processing of detailed cost plans, bills and offers as well as data-driven evaluations and reports Head of the Promotional Personal Area (recruiting, selection, training, development, payroll, contracting etc.) within your own projects Development of training and training concepts as well as the organisation and implementation of training and training Control of fixed partners (including logistics, locations, hotels, trade fair construction companies, equipment service providers, Mobile Brand Spaces providers) Professional leadership of the assigned project team

Professional experience as a project manager at a (promotions) agency or on the company side Completed training or comparable studies in marketing/ event management/human resources Leadership competence through demonstrable experience in managing projects Business sense of responsibility and analytical thinking Safe, binding occurrence and pronounced social competence Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of Personnel Recruiting and Labour Law Very good knowledge of VKF, ATL and BTL measures and great interest in promotions, sales and current media trends Very good English skills
