Building line on site: Coordination and monitoring of all construction activities on the assigned part of the large-scale construction site and ensuring compliance with dates, quality and costs. leadership and control of the teams: Management of construction and assembly teams as well as coordination with builders, subcontractors and internal specialists to ensure efficient cooperation. Compliance with requirements: Ensure the implementation of existing work, environmental and safety regulations (e.g. VOB, DIN standards) and consistent monitoring of compliance. Material and equipment management: Planning of material use, coordination of supplies and monitoring of the economic use of machinery, equipment and personnel. Calculation and settlement: Participation in performance detection, follow-up testing and accounting of the work carried out. Communication and voting: Continuous coordination with clients, authorities, subcontractors and internal project teams to ensure a smooth construction process.

Qualification: Completed studies in civil engineering, technical training or further training for polishing or Master in civil engineering. Professional experience: Multiannual practice in the construction management of infrastructure or civil engineering projects. Leadership and enforcement skills: Experience in the management of teams and in the efficient control of complex construction sites. Organizational and economic thinking: Structured planning, cost awareness and solution-oriented action. Technical know-how: Safe handling of construction processes, regulations and digital tools such as MS Office, construction accounting software or construction site apps. Communication strength: Clear and targeted coordination with clients, authorities and internal teams. Flexibility and mobility: readiness to regularly support the project sites on site as well as possession of a valid German passenger car license. .
