For a customer in Erlensee we are looking for a certified electric specialist (m/w/d) responsible for building and object management. In this versatile role, you are not only responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of electrical installations, but also take over the control and coordination of external service providers. Maintenance and repair work on electrical installations in buildings (e.g. lighting systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning) Ensuring the functioning and safety of the technical infrastructure Maintenance and maintenance of building systems (e.g. fire detection technology, safety technology) Analysis and troubleshooting in electrotechnical systems Close cooperation with the Facility Management and Object Management departments Documentation and reporting of works and inspections carried out Support in the planning and implementation of new electrotechnical projects Control and coordination of external service providers in the field of electrical engineering and building technology (e.g. for specialized repairs or larger installations) Monitoring and control of the quality and compliance of safety standards with external service providers

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) (m/w/d), ideally with corresponding further training Knowledge of the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical installations in buildings Experience in the field of building technology, object management or facility management Experience in controlling and coordinating external service providers is desirable Self-employed and responsible work Good communication skills and team skills Ready for regular training and the acquisition of additional qualifications
