This makes this job interesting to me: For technically demanding major projects in the field of energy infrastructure – planning underground cable tunnels in Berlin – we are looking for an experienced person as BIM managerin, who is responsible for the BIM overall strategy on the part of the builder and leads the BIM overall coordination. This will be presented by the general plannerin and will be transferred to the exporting companies with the award of the works. The aim is to continuously model-based planning and control the project phases up to the transfer of the built assets to the operating management. My tasks definition, development and quality assurance of the client information requirements (AIA), management in the preparation and testing of the BIM processing plan (BAP) in coordination with the general planner and the exporting companies, defining and implementing the BIM objectives, modeling policies, exchange formats and structural specifications; implementation and support of a CDE structure (Common Data Environment) according to ISO 19650, internal consultation of the 50Hertz organization on BIM strategies, find digitalization possibilities and optimization potentials, also beyond the Berlin cable and civil engineering projects, interface between project management, planning, IT, operation and controlling, control and evaluation of BIM applications (e.g. 4D, 5D, As-Built, FM connection), monitoring the BIM overall coordination; testing the model quality, data consistency and collision freedom at management level; Preparation and technical assistance of tenders and awards with BIM reference.

Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, infrastructure planning, etc., 5 years of relevant professional experience in BIM management, experience in the controlling BIM role on the client side in large projects, knowledge of current BIM standards and standards (ISO 19650, VDI 2552 etc.), Confidential handling of relevant BIM software tools (e.g. Revit, Civil 3D, Solibri, Navisworks, BIMcollab etc.). experience with CDE platforms (e.g. thinkproject, DALUX, BIM360, ACC), Very good skills in communication, control and conflict resolution, Affinity for generalistic views on several projects and the network development programme in and around Berlin, talent for lateral guidance of several project partners, German language skills (C1 or higher), English skills (B2) desirable.
