Your tasks

In order to expand our Infrastructure team, we are looking for a dedicated IT system administrator (m/w/d) that actively shapes our infrastructure, takes responsibility and wants to work in a technology-driven environment. We do not expect a dusty Group IT environment, but the most modern infrastructure, exciting projects and a team that implements things pragmatically and quickly. You work on key topics such as cloud, security, networks, Microsoft 365, virtualization and modern device management – with real influence on the company's daily work. You make sure that our IT runs stable, safe and efficient — and keep developing it continuously.

Infrastructure & operation Operation and monitoring of Windows, Linux and cloud systems Ensuring performance, availability and IT security Analysis and elimination of technical disturbances and system monitoring User and permission management Administration of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) Management of user accounts, roles, groups and their permissions and licenses Implementation of secure on- and off-boarding processes Network & Security Network infrastructure (LAN, VLAN, routing, DNS, DHCP) and firewall and VPN systems Implementation and control of IT security policies Processing of security alerts, security incidents and access concepts (e.g. malware) Client & Device Management Managing Windows clients and mobile devices Support and backup of devices via MDM solutions Support for users in technical problems Backup, Projects & Development Support for backup, recovery and documentation processes Working with infrastructure, cloud and security projects Introduction of new technologies and optimization of existing systems

In addition, you will work in company-wide IT projects, evaluate and introduce new tools and systems, continuously optimize existing processes and structures and are a central contact point for internal specialist departments as well as external service providers and manufacturers.

Compulsory qualifications

Complete training in IT (e.g. specialist system integration) or comparable qualification Experience in the administration of Windows and/or Linux systems Good understanding of networks and IT security Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID Knowledge of backup, monitoring or security systems

Advantageous qualifications

Experience with firewalls, VPN or MDM solutions Interest in modern infrastructure, automation and security Experience with virtualization or cloud environments of advantage Experience in dealing with compliance or ISO issues
