Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) You have no professional training in the educational field, but are looking for a return for a family or professional break or want to experience something completely new and meaningful in your pension? Our modern houses in Groß-Bieberau are located in the quiet residential area, 700 meters from the town centre and 300 meters from the field edge. In small, manageable housing units we offer our residents with an impairment of individual care in a family atmosphere. Shops and connections to the ÖPNV with good connections to Darmstadt and Reinheim are nearby. In addition to our newest residential project in Reinheim, close to cafés, doctors and shops, we create an ideal place for life and work! So your weekend looks like us • Together with an experienced team, you help people with an impairment to live a full life and support them with empathy and humour in managing everyday themes such as cleansing, walking and leisure • In addition to the focus of the educational support, you also help with the basic care of our residents (support during dressing, showering, oral and dental care, etc.) • You work with exciting people together have time and space for individual care • Our residents open up a new look at the surrounding world • You work in close cooperation with the members of the group of residence who support you in your work

You can look forward to • Indefinite social insurance coverage of 20% to 30% (7,8 to 11.7 hours per week) • Individual and flexible service plans in a proven 2-shift system (with services from 6 am to 9 pm), an established failure management and standby services ensure planning security • Remuneration according to AVR.HN E4 (39.750€– 48.500€ full-time/year - depending on the experience - incl.
