We are looking for motivated colleagues: for our training station at Station 11 - Cardiology/Pneumology, who want teamwork and care for our patients with heart and soul. Administrative recording & execution: You are the first point of contact for our patients: You take over the administration and ensure a smooth run at the station strike. Document preparation: You carefully take care of the preparation and follow-up of the patient documents and coordinate the processes at the station strutsen by a structured procedure. Contact person: You are a contact person for patients: women, relatives and employees of the station and support areas and promote a positive and communicative atmosphere. Support for nursing staff: You actively support nursing staff and thus contribute to optimal patient care. Ordering & Material Logistics: You are responsible for ordering and material logistics and ensure efficient office organization.

You have completed training as MFA/Arzthelfer:in and bring a high level of responsibility, flexibility and commitment. You are communicative, empathic and have a pronounced service idea in the sense of our patients. You are targeted, organized and will be happy to work independently, bringing your very good skills into cooperation at different levels. You have basic IT skills and are open to digital processes. You like to participate in the 2-layer system and bring the necessary readiness to use.
