Enrich our team as Senior Consultant (m/w/d) for the psychiatry Warstein | Full time, part time | Unlimited | at the earliest possible date The LWL clinics Warstein and Lippstadt are jointly responsible for the psychiatric care of the Soest district and the surrounding communities. In addition to (part-)stationary as well as rehabilitative offers and a wide range of outpatient services, looking therapies (e.g. StäB) belong to our portfolio.

In the LWL clinic Warstein, people with addiction disorders as well as other acute mental disorders, in particular personality disorders, schizophrenic psychosis, affective disorders, adjustment disorders, anxiety or forced disorders or somatoform disorders are treated. For the treatment of dependants there is the possibility of a direct takeover into the rehabilitation center of southwesternphalia on the clinic grounds. In our treatment, we place particular emphasis on a holistic, patient-oriented method and promote individual recovery through diverse modern therapeutic approaches.

The enrolled spot is to be placed in the center of LWL-Klinik Warstein.

You take over the technical and disciplinary management of the Centre for Search Medicine in the LWL Clinic Warstein and also represent the chief physician As Chief Medical Officer:include responsibility for the first diagnostic and medical care – in close, collegial coordination with other centres as well as with established doctor:inside You accompany and support assistant physicians:inside and other therapeutic staff:inside through structured guidance and supervision, regular individual discussions, visits, team and case meetings With your expertise, you actively promote the development of innovative psychiatric treatment concepts, such as modular treatment and transformation. You accompany the transition of the department into a model project after 64b SGB V, i.e. promote an expansion of outpatient and day-clinical offers. Promoting interdisciplinary cooperation is your heart – you create space for exchange between different professional groups You engage in research and teaching within the clinic and bring their own impulses into scientific projects Quality management is more than routine for you – you are actively engaged in improvement processes and continuously develop our treatment standards
