They independently process compensation requests for full, partial and outpatient care facilities and conduct negotiations. Within the framework of nursing compensation negotiations, you are responsible for arbitration proceedings from the initiation to the conclusion. They coordinate the payment negotiations within their own sphere of competence and agree with AOK and social assistance providers on the assessment of claims and the creation of offers. You collect relevant data in our internal databases and thus ensure smooth documentation. In addition, you take on technical, also supra-regional, special tasks and thus contribute to the further development of our processes.

For this position you will bring a completed study in economic, nursing, health or administrative sciences. Alternatively, you have a training with practical experience in the field of health or care. Safe handling of common Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, is of course for you. In addition, you will bring experience in the handling and evaluation of complex databases as well as the understanding of numbers. They work carefully, structured and independent and are nevertheless a team player. Your communicative competence in conjunction with negotiating and enforcement capacity completes your profile.
