We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the field of renewable energies:

You take over the independent development of wind energy projects (onshore) from land protection to approval to the completed construction.

You control and coordinate external partners, reviewers, authorities and service providers in the context of project development.

You are responsible for compliance with project milestones and compliance with budget and quality requirements in the development phase.

You identify suitable locations for wind turbines and secure them in the long term by contractual agreements with land owners and municipalities.

You accompany and control all steps of the approval procedures under BImSchG (Federal Immission Protection Act) as well as other relevant approvals and votes.

You take over the technical, legal and economic evaluation of projects in the development phase.

You conduct independent contract negotiations with property owners, authorities, municipalities and other project participants.

You support the integration of fully developed projects in the Mainova Association and the support of existing parks.

You are involved in the development of acquisition strategies and in the M&A process for wind energy projects.

Complete studies in engineering, environmental sciences, geography, spatial planning or comparable discipline.

Multiannual experience in the development of wind energy projects (onshore).

Funded knowledge in project management as well as in common methods and tools.

Experience in licensing, environmental law, building and planning law and a good understanding of the political and economic framework of wind energy projects.

Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation, high motivation for the energy transition as well as pronounced communication and negotiation strength.

Safe handling of MS Office and ideally knowledge of GIS or planning software.

German language skills in word and writing.

Driving class B.
