Area management, including: Continuous and pre-supervising the real estate market and the real estate stock Examination of the Federal Demand for Property Consultation of users to optimise the area, space and costs Inspection, analysis and evaluation of real estate and land solutions to meet the needs of the federal services, including: Consultation of users in the survey of area requirements, examination of requirements Development and evaluation of usage concepts, surface occupancy and optimization variants Investigation of accommodation alternatives and implementation of market and location analyses including examination of planning and construction conditions Creating feasibility tests and variant comparisons with assessment of area efficiency and area characteristics Creating useful value analyses and cost-effectiveness studies, including all determined costs Voting with the user, ownership, planners, municipalities and internal departments Implementation of the accommodation variant chosen by the user, including: Leading purchase and lease negotiations Completion of purchase or purchase Rental contracts including allowances

Qualification: Completed university studies (Diplom [FH] or Bachelor) of Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Facility Management, Architecture/ Civil Engineering, Urban and Spatial Planning, Industrial Engineering (Construction/Immobility) or comparable qualification Competences: Knowledge of area planning and area assessment Knowledge of contract law (rental and land purchase contract law), construction planning and construction law, procurement law, employment law Knowledge of building energy efficiency, sustainable construction, accessibility Experience in the implementation of economic and variability studies in real estate Knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Advantageous are SAP knowledge or the willingness to acquire them is indispensable Other: Green and careful operation with high reliability Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work into changing tasks Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Good expressiveness in word and writing, pronounced communication skills Customer/address-oriented behaviour, pronounced and targeted negotiation skills Skill for team-oriented action, critique, social competence Good judgment combined with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility Willingness to participate in (tlw. multi-day) training/service travel throughout the federal territory driving licence class B/3 and the willingness to operate motor vehicles independently
