Deputy Team Leader Customer Service (m/f/d)

The role of the team is to process the time shifts and requests of the end customers for counter changes, gas house connection checks and other technical services that reach us by phone or in writing. In coordination with the team management, you ensure the proper workflow and the correct order processing in your area of responsibility and work fully operationally in the implementation of these works. An extremely high customer orientation is the focus of action. In addition, you are contact persons for our clients in customer-specific matters. A continuous quality assurance and a project controlling are of course for you. You represent the team management and take over first leadership tasks. The option for the later takeover of the team management can be obtained in perspective. With the other executives you work closely together to ensure an optimal flow of information within the company.

You have a commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk) or a comparable training and training. Professional experience in the described area of responsibility and first responsibility for leadership are advantageous.
