The place is limited to 2 years.

In order to strengthen our Frontoffice Solutions department, we are looking for a Solution Expert (m/w/d) at Essen, Dortmund, Hannover or Hamburg as soon as possible with a focus on the technical development management of our omnichannel solution over the entire product life cycle. In our department we are responsible for the necessary skills in system development management and design as well as release and provision management for all front office IT solutions of the meter-to-cash process, especially in the area of customer interface, across all communication channels.

A task that challenges Requirements Analysis & Automation: You analyze new omnichannel requirements and identify targeted automation potentials. Standardization & channel development: You develop contact channels such as WhatsApp and ensure compliance with technical standards and methods. Project Coordination & Resource Management: You control channel integrations, tune with stakeholders and manage resources across all project phases. Test Management: You plan, coordinate and carry out system and acceptance tests independently. Technology consulting & trend observation: You will explore market trends and introduce technological impulses into strategic planning and roadmaps. Cost, release & performance control: You evaluate IT costs, design release packages and optimize the performance of existing channels.

A background that convinces

Qualification: You bring a study of (economic) informatics or comparable qualifications with - alternatively multi-year professional experience in the IT environment Professional experience: You already have experience in the integration, administration or further development of contact channels as well as in the control of operating processes of IT systems System architecture & interface management: You bring knowledge in system design, interface architecture and test management as well as experience in release and change processes as well as in cost and resource management. Technology Understanding: You have already gained experience in dealing with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS), modern CRM systems and relevant contact center technologies - ideally Microsoft Omnichannel and Whatsapp Agiles project management & IT service competence. You have been working on common project management and development models (e.g. agile methods, ITIL) and already in agile project team(s). Technical Analysis & Stakeholder Communication: You have strong analytical skills, a structured way of working and the ability to understand complex technical issues for different stakeholders.
