Self-assembly and processing of small to medium-sized components on CNC lathes according to drawing and standard selection, compilation and measurement of suitable cutting tools for each machining task Production of treads, dimensions and complex contours and implementation of crane activities Safe handling of measuring instruments, carrying out testing activities and complete documentation Creation and optimization of CNC programs via machine control for efficient process control
Completed training for machining mechanic – discipline of lathe technology and several years of experience in CNC lathes (ideally Siemens control) Self-adjusting, brushing and operation of the machine incl. Tool selection and measurement as well as creation and optimization of CNC programs Secure reading and implementation of 2‐D‐/ 3‐D‐Technical drawings; Experience in individual parts and small series production, in particular with sophisticated materials such as stainless steel Implementation of quality and precision controls as well as documented results tracking High quality and precision awareness, pronounced problem-solving competence and team/contact capability, combined with safe handling of common computer systems and willingness to shift work.
