As a pedagogical project employee in vocational training and further education (w/m/d), you will design educational initiatives, inspire learners and help people advance professionally in the long term. The aim is clear: to create permanent professional integration and real prospects. You develop individual resources, strengthen competences and build barriers. You are responsible for support in application activities, perform application trainings and acquire internships. With the participants you also develop activation and integration plans and support them in implementation. You work with the participants, their work brokers, local companies and network partners, and you document attendance, consultations.

Successfully completed studies or completed vocational training as well as educational experience in the field of education, employment or social education Sensitivity, consulting skills, conflictability, motivation and creativity and fun at work Good knowledge of the regional labour market and social networks Very good knowledge in handling the PC and common Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) German language skills - further language skills of advantage
