Your tasks Support for staff administration from entry to exit Care of employee data, contracts and HR documentation Participation in the recruiting process, in particular coordination of appointments and applicant communication Support for onboarding activities of new employees Cooperation with internal interfaces such as Payroll, IT and Management Support for HR reports, evaluations and documentation Ensuring compliance with internal HR policies, processes and compliance requirements Low project-dependent travel activity of less than 10%

First to profound experience as HR Generalist, HR Administrator or in a comparable role Basic understanding of personal administrative and labour law processes Structured, careful and reliable operation Discretion and sense of responsibility in dealing with sensitive data Communication strength and service-oriented appearance Interest in further development in an international HR environment Good knowledge of German and English
