You have completed training or study in an area close to the property (e.g. master craft training, technicians, real estate specialist, Bachelor Facility Management). You bring a profound understanding of the various tasks in the building management. You have several years of professional experience in a comparable position or several years of experience in the takeover of leadership and management responsibility. Their leadership style is characterized by appreciation and motivation. You combine a high degree of customer orientation with communication strength, are powerful and work in a solution-oriented manner. You have strategic thinking capability coupled with a pronounced implementation strength. You are motivated to further develop the subject area professionally and organizationally and to continuously improve processes, structures and workflows. You bring IT affinity and master the current MS Office programs and ideally have knowledge of the use of handicraft coupling (e.g. BTS). You are owned by the Class B licence.
