Intern Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

As an intern (w/m/d) in our talent Acquisition Team, you take on a variety of tasks in the field of recruiting top talents for an internationally active strategy consulting. You support the day-to-day business and gain comprehensive insights into personal marketing, personnel selection and onboarding processes – thus contributing to an optimal candidate journey. In addition, you support project-related tasks and make a valuable contribution to the strategic orientation of the recruiting process. Applicant Management: You actively shape the application process and take responsibility for the care and management of our applicant management system. You support the vision of incoming applications, take on the communication with candidate:inside and coordinate the appointment of interviews. Organization Interview days: The organization and execution of our selection days is a central part of your activity. You coordinate appointments with applicants:inside and internal contact:inside and prepare all relevant documents. Through your careful operation, you will ensure a smooth running of the selection days as well as a positive experience for all participants. Applicant communication: As a central contact person, you accompany our applicants: within the entire selection process and with your open and professional communication you contribute significantly to a positive Candidate Experience.

Studies: You are currently in your Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Humanities and Social Sciences, Psychology, Education or a related subject with good performance. Practical experience: Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in business consulting, service companies or well-known companies from the industry in the fields of human resources or recruiting or are interested in trends in human resources. Communication and working style: You have a very high level of communication in both German and English. You are a team player and brings together organizational talent and initiative. It is fun to get to know top students and graduates: to accompany them during their Candidate Journey. Ready to use: You are available for a period of at least 6 months.
