Own-sponsored control and further development of operational and strategic purchasing Ensuring quality, cost and timely procurement of services Planning, implementation and evaluation of tenders including offer analyses and price and contract negotiations Analysis, development and standardisation of existing purchasing processes for sustainable efficiency and cost optimization Planning, control and successful implementation of purchasing and transformation projects (e.g. tool introductions, digitization of processes, change management) Creation of transparent project and status reports including progress, budget and KPI analyses Establishment, maintenance and further development of efficient supplier relationships and implementation of structured supplier reviews Active participation in cross-departmental projects as well as technical support for sector management Close and trusting cooperation with the department management, internal specialist departments and relevant interfaces

Successfully completed commercial training or study, ideally with a focus on purchasing, business management or a comparable subject First practical experience in purchasing services Funded knowledge of project management methods and ideally experience in handling IT systems and software solutions, in particular SAP and MS Office High loadability and a structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Embossed team and communication skills combined with a sovereign and professional appearance Impressed negotiating and enforcement capabilities with constructive demands Very good German knowledge at native language level (C2) English knowledge in word and writing
