Where to pack • Our existing and new software applications are significantly maintained and developed in close cooperation with our team of software developers and testers. • You are on the front in the complete product development cycle, bringing your ideas forward from request analysis to implementation to integration with us. • You start, test, integrierst and document complex software solutions and drive the digitalization and networking of the doctor's practices together with us, as well as communication between patients and doctors. • If you like, you can also take on additional tasks as a product manager for a specific product or project and look beyond the edge of the plate. • This position can be 100% exercised from the home office. So you don't have to live in Thuringia or the surrounding area to work with us, but you can determine when you want to work. • A part-time job is not a problem for us, but it would be ideal if you could spend at least 30 hours a week for us.

What you should bring • You have a degree in computer science/mathematics or a corresponding vocational training in the IT field. • First practical experience in software development in the Java / C++ area you have collected and cannot get enough of it. • Good knowledge of server development and relational databases (PostgreSQL) and Unix/Linux are great! • You bring knowledge in Java Frameworks such as Spring, Micronaut, Hibernate. • Your first experience with agentic software development (e.g. CLI-based AI programming via Claude Code / Codex) or in the area of Vibecoding can be applied practically to us. • In order to be able to get a grip on us, it is imperative that you master German at least on C1 level.
