We are looking for a product owner (d/m/w) for firewall and VPN gateways for our company locations in Kirchheim near Munich or Berlin with the possibility of regular home office.

After extensive integration by experienced colleagues, you control the entire product life cycle – from vision to release – as a Product Owner (d/m/w) for firewall and VPN gateways and keeps an eye on economics, customer benefits and technological excellence. Responsibility for your product: Together with the strategy department, you develop vision, roadmap and product goals and ensure that You are implemented. You will be involved in the strategic orientation of solutions such as firewall systems and VPN gateways in the classified (VS) environment. Market-oriented product design: You evaluate requirements, prioritize features and decide on release times and functionality. Coordination and communication: You control the cooperation between development, quality assurance, documentation, certification, approval and other participating teams. Roadmap & Backlog Management: You plan, prioritize and check user stories and features across the entire development cycle. Quality and customer benefits: You ensure that each release meets the high quality and safety requirements of our target groups. Transparency & Reporting: You keep stakeholders and management bodies up to date on progress, status and KPIs. Process optimization: You continuously develop our requirements engineering process and take measures to increase product profitability. Strategic cooperation: You actively contribute your knowledge to the further development of our product strategy.

Complete technical studies or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in IT Professional experience as Product Owner, Scrum Master, technical consultant, developer or in a comparable role Founded market knowledge in the area of VS-NfD approved package filter firewalls and VPN gateways as well as the accompanying framework conditions, circumstances, relevant standards and certifications Embossed customer orientation and experience in handling customer projects Good business knowledge and entrepreneurial thinking and action Analytical and strategic thinking as well as very good moderation and coordination skills Embossed communication and team skills and high social competence German language skills (at least C1) and fluent English A structured, responsible and safety-oriented approach Behave with us - even if you mean not to be able to fulfill everything that stands here.
