Qualified Initial Consultation, Services Department (m/f/d)

You take over the (first) consultation of all new applicants (personal, telephone, digital). You examine performance claims according to the SGB II and priority service providers. You enter the application data into the technical program and pay benefits. You transfer the application documents to the digital file. You work with external bodies (e.g. health insurance funds, pension insurance institutions, social assistance providers or housing funds) and initiate reimbursement procedures. You prepare the data for the work consultation. You shall draw up opinions on opposition proceedings
