IT Specialist for Digitalization & IT Processes (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated IT specialist for digitalization & IT processes (m/w/d).

Interface function & advice: You act as a central link between IT and specialist departments, advise them on digital potentials and coordinate targeted digitalization measures Process analysis & automation: You analyze existing workflows in the fields and develop automated end-to-end processes for sustainable optimization and relief in day-to-day business Workflow Engines & Integration: You design, build and maintain automated workflows using modern workflow tools (e.g. n8n) and connect different system landscapes via interfaces (APIs) Use of local AI solutions: You identify use cases for the use of local AI technologies (e.g. LLMs, document and data processing) and integrate them profitably into existing operating processes Project cooperation & implementation: You actively participate in the planning and implementation of digitalization projects and accompany the specialist areas in the team from idea to implementation Technology driver: You actively promote the use of modern digital technologies and agile working methods throughout the company

Completed training or studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications Practical experience in the analysis, digitization and automation of business processes in the business environment Proven knowledge in handling workflow engines (e.g. n8n, Camunda or comparable) as well as a good understanding of interfaces (REST APIs, Webhooks) and data structures (JSON/XML) Great interest in current AI developments, ideally first practical knowledge in the deployment and integration of local AI models/tools Own initiative, analytical thinking as well as a structured way of working and team skills
