For Hamburg Finkenwerder we are looking for you as Quality Customer Programme Manager (m/w/d) in full time.

THERE HAVES:

• Increase customer satisfaction by proactive quality management and timely solution finding
• Analysis of customer reports and relevant KPIs for deriving targeted measures
• Identification of trends and potential risks based on data-based evaluations
• Support for customer communication on quality topics in the A320 program by creating professional presentation and information materials

THE BRINGS WITH:

• Complete technical studies or in the field of supply chain quality, economics or similar
• At least 3 years of professional experience in aerospace, quality management, customer service and technical documentation
• Basic knowledge of project management and total quality management (problem solving methods)
• Experience in creating presentations
• knowledge of Skywise of advantage
• Basic knowledge of English and German
