In the Department of Labour and Tariff Law, we are looking for an area management for the field of tariff, service and labour law. The main task of the area is to support the executives and employees of the HR department in demanding individual or fundamental personal questions and to prepare key basic questions from the labour, collective and service law in a user-oriented manner. With your specialist expertise, you contribute to making the framework for employment conditions attractive and forward-looking, taking into account current legal developments.

You lead the field of collective bargaining, service and labour law and take responsibility for personnel and specialists You prepare the collective bargaining for the DRV Bund and agree with the management of internal services When drafting collective agreements, you will cooperate and examine, from a legal perspective, the feasibility of trade union claims taking into account their relevance for the DRV Bund Creating legal disputes and legal questions from collective bargaining, service and labour law You are of appreciable opinions You advise the HR Department's executives on all basic personal law issues as legal advice from the employer To review reports of the Audit Office, audit notes by the Federal Office for Social Security (BAS) and to announcements by the Federal Audit Office on the audit of budgetary and economic management

You have a successfully completed academic degree in law (first and second state exams) You bring a multiannual professional experience and knowledge in the representation of employers/organisations in the field of labour law with You have an additional qualification as a specialist lawyer/professional attorney for labour law or administrative law Ideally you have leadership experiences You can prepare complex legal issues in a user-oriented manner and communicate with stakeholders in a targeted manner A strong strategic thinking and enforcement strength complete your profile
