GIS Coordinator (a*)

The technical coordination of the GIS in the network documentation is part of your area of responsibility – thereby ensuring that the network data for electricity, gas, hydrogen and secondary networks are present, complete and quality-proof.

Standards, process instructions and test rules are continuously developed to ensure high data quality in our systems.

In addition, you support the GIS administrators in developing new GIS functions for network documentation and accompany projects in the GIS environment.

To control the processes in the areas of management information, network documentation and special tasks, you develop meaningful key figures.

In addition, you can help with questions about network documentation, initial evaluations and plans and carry out training for GIS users.

You have completed a degree in geoinformatics, surveying, cartography, engineering or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you have a technical training with well-founded experience in the GIS environment.

Ideally, you bring practical experience with GIS systems and the documentation of supply networks and have a good understanding of network structures and resources in at least one section.

Also desirable are knowledge of data models and geodata workflows.
