The “UniCredit Graduate Program” is your start into an exciting and varied career in one of Europe’s leading financial institutions. In your 12-month rotation-based trainee program, you will get to know the company. You work in a future-oriented and international environment where you can learn, unfold and at the same time bring about something with your ideas - true to our common goal ''Empowering Communities to Progress''. As an internal audit, we examine and advise the entire bank on behalf of the management. With our process-oriented and independent approach, we create real added value: We analyze the effectiveness of the internal control system, identify potential improvements and accompany their implementation. In doing so, we are in a personal dialogue with the respective experts, following thorough facts research and quantitative data analyses, to the presentation of our results before the top management.

Position type: Full-time In our 12-month trainee program you will get comprehensive insights into the core processes of finance and governance. You learn to identify risks and vulnerabilities, assess their impact and develop sustainable optimization measures together with the management. Your analyses flow directly into reports to the Management Board. After successful completion of the program, you can take responsibility as an exam manager: and gain first leadership experience. The revision gives you the unique opportunity to gain an overview of the entire range of the bank. The following tasks await you as a team member: analysis and assessment of complex business processes as well as supporting IT systems in finance (e.g. accounting, taxes, regulatory reporting, controlling) and governance (e.g. HR, Legal) Planning, implementation and completion of audits – from preparation to outcome presentation Support of strategically relevant projects and initiatives Monitoring the implementation of agreed measures Cooperation with the revision of the UniCredit Group – also internationally
