Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Osterholz-Scharmbeck | Full or part-time | from 09.09.2026 You accompany young people with mental impairments or learning disabilities on their way to training in our pre-vocational education measure for rehabilitation students. We are looking for you at 09.09.2026 in full or part time in Osterholz-Scharmbeck.

Our project ''Preparatory Education for Rehabilitators'' (BvB Reha) supports young people and young adults with disabilities or special needs to prepare for training. We test and promote their skills in terms of their professional wishes and accompany them in internships that enable them to enter into an in-company training. You practically support your participants in the daily handling of their disabilities You help participants to accept necessary therapies and integrate them into their everyday lives You act as a reliable partner with development-promoting consulting and behavioral training and support in crisis situations You advise your participants, e.g. when applying for social benefits or compensation for disadvantages You work together on obstacles that have so far been in the way of starting vocational training and develop solutions You work closely with your colleagues in the project team and ensure smooth information exchange

Necessary: Complete study of social education, social work, medical education or rehabilitation Special education (Diplom, Bachelor or Master) As an alternative to other educational degree, e.g. as an educator, adolescents/heimers:in, nurses:in each case with relevant additional qualification, or state-approved: Experience in the professional and social integration of young people Advantage: Knowledge of requirements in various training occupations Professional experience with disabled people
