You advise municipalities of all sizes, from the small village to the big city, are in dialogue with our customers' executives and employees, usually through modern means of communication and always directly on site, You analyse existing structures and processes and develop suggestions for changes and solutions and support implementation, You advise the work results with their contacts and present them in committees.

Political sciences or Social sciences or business management; in the field of Public Management studies, a master or a diploma in baggage and find it exciting to show new ways and possibilities to local organizations and their employees with your knowledge and social competence.
