As a customer manager, you have a strong understanding of the needs of job seekers and employers. Your work contributes to giving people a professional perspective and providing companies with qualified workers. Yours? Come to the team! Sales strength: You gain participants in our further education (focus on technical-commercial, professional-related German, placement in internship and work, coaching) with customer-specific consultations as well as the costing, creation and follow-up of further education offers. You analyze the local continuing education and job market, acquire internships and develop sales in close coordination with the management. You will complete sales events in the training center and participate in local trade fairs in the district. Customer support: You enter seminars and courses organizationally in the training center, besides the instructorin/currency managerin, you are the first contact person*in for all participants and keeps you informed about the complete documentation of the trainings (subject lists, class books, participation certificates, final reports etc.). You are regularly in contact with our clients such as job centers, employment agencies and companies and ensure a solution-oriented and customer-satisfactory processing. You conduct regularly documented discussions with our participants on organisational topics and learning progress.

Completed training in a relevant, recognised training profession & AEVO or trainerin/masterin or completed studies as a social pedagoguein, social workerin, pedagoguein or in another relevant subject Experience in the education sector or as a pedagoguein, trainerin, lecturerin or in sales You like to do with people, professional and friendly appearance and a high degree of self-initiative and independent work Embossed customer and service orientation, result and solution-oriented operation Ability to work together in the team Safe handling of the current MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel), very good German knowledge
